just want to show you guys my cricket breeding setup.. First, here are some important facts in raising crickets: A. Crickets need warmth. B. Crickets need food and water C. Crickets need a good place to lay eggs. For me, i used two [2] Tupperware containers, for breeding container [blue colored lid] and nesting container [green colored lid] for laying eggs. *As long as the crickets have food, water and a high temperature they will breed profusely. The basic elements to this setup are, the Tupperware container, the water sponge ang the egg carton. For my breeding dish i used different Tupperware container. Their natural nesting material is damp soil. The nesting material requires constant attention. It must be checked every few days and sprayed if dry. After 4-7 days the nesting material will be positively packed with oblate white eggs positioned vertically about 1-2" below the soil surface. Picture of cricket eggs Then i will remove the adults and i will put them back into the breeding container or i will feed them to my scorps.peace ;D In about 7-10 days the nesting container will be swarming with pinhead crickets. hope it can help you guys.. ari ya idol ko! ;D haha
