Grand Regal Shindig "Oct. 18"

So mike and Nids proposed to me about an event on Grand Regal with models, exotics and Band... brief background Nids has ask me to deal with the DENR permits and other legalities.. well this would be the first time that would be discussed public and other Board Members of BEE.. other details haven't been discuss like i said it's still a proposition and with the respect of the other board members has yet to be decided and formally discussed.

so want to have any comments and suggestion from you guys..

BEE will still uplift its goal by educating the general public on exotic animals

This would be a first in Bacolod

details i know so far:

There would be a picture taking area and we can accept donations.

There are only 10 models so we only need few pets i guess the best would be those giant snakes we have, snakes which can be actually be seen on stage and those big lizards..

suggestion: ( to avoid the grueling task of packing, loading and unloading of pets i would like to suggest we should make or post the possible animals to show for the event.. just my .02 worth of opinion)

Grand Regal has something for us but don't know how much or what since we need to finalize this first.

There would be an safe Area for the pets away from the stress like lights and noice and this would also be the picture area..

anymore details will be filled up by Mike or Nids..

Hope this pushes through this would be a great exposure for the group.

Update!!! The event was moved Oct. 14. pls. pass... also I need your final listing for pets that are only visible on stage with the models, ang gagmay i-display na sya.

update: critical stage
meeting with the groups on the updates:

since DENR will only allow pets with permits, and since most of our pets has none the following option and action will be taken:

* Contact the head of the wildlife division ( Cathy ) to give us a temporary permit for the said show this would mean only the once which will be used for modeling would be listed..
* Have it under the Negros Rainforest Zoo (? not sure of the name) have our pets under them and maybe have join us.
* Have Elic Davina (the one who always do the shows in SM) have our pets under him and let him join the show.

anything I may missed out will be posted by the other board members of BEE
